Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel felt like staying in a clean and well-designed studio apartment. The rooms, although small, were comfortable and equipped with laptops and printers which was convenient for our 5-day stay with 3 adults. The neighborhood was pedestrian-friendly but lacked some professionalism in communication from the staff. The location in the East Village of downtown Long Beach was charming, with easy access to restaurants, cafes, shops, and even bikes for exploring. The dining experience offered basic fare but had a homey feel, and the shared kitchen was a nice touch. The facilities were sufficient, although the staff could benefit from additional training in communication.
The hotel had a charming 'retro' setting with full amenities, making it feel more like a studio apartment than a hotel room. The rooms were very clean and exactly what we needed for our one-night stay in Long Beach. The service was friendly and helpful, but there were some issues with aggressive behavior. The location was awesome, close to everything downtown Long Beach offers. The dining experience was rather simple, but the hotel had additional facilities worth noting.
The hotel is situated right in the heart of Long Beach downtown, offering a convenient location with nearby restaurants and attractions. The rooms are spacious, nicely decorated, and come with various amenities, but sharing a bathroom on the floor may not be ideal for everyone. The service is exceptional, making me feel very welcomed and at home during my stay. However, the dining options are somewhat limited, and the available facilities are average.
